Lithuania · White Oak
In the heart of the Lithuanian countryside, a towering barn stands as a monument to ambition, foresight, and community. Constructed over 200 years ago by a visionary landowner, the Biržai Company Barn was no ordinary structure.
Uncovering the Biržai Company Barn’s timbers and planks was an adventure steeped in reverence and care. These axe-cut and hand-hewn White Oak pieces, once hidden beneath layers of time, will be carefully de-nailed and de-metaled, revealing their enduring strength and unmatched beauty.
The Biržai Company Barn’s White Oak timbers and planks are more than materials—they are a legacy of strength, resilience, and vision. Incorporating them into your project is a rare privilege, a way to celebrate the ingenuity of the past while shaping spaces that resonate with beauty and meaning.
